Only those who have completed the registration procedures will be allowed to participate the 53rd International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO Japan 2021).
The contact person of each country should have already been notified of the online registration site via e-mail to prepare My Page of the country. It must be completed by 31 May. Once My Page is prepared, you can change the information of My Page online. Please complete the registration by 30 June. After this deadline, any change must be made in writing to the IChO Japan 2021 Registration Desk .

<Group Registration>

*JPY 100,000≒ USD 921.57 as of Mar. 19, 2021. (Dollar amount is approximately converted price and it may change depending on the exchange rate.)

*To see which country is classified as Regular/Observing countries, please refer here.
*Only mentor (head mentor in a single session, each mentor in a separated session) is allowed to vote in the Jury Meeting.
*All payments will be made by Japanese Yen (JPY). You will be able to choose from credit card payment or bank transfer.
*An invoice will be sent to the national contact from the Organizing Committee after 31 May. Please complete the payment after you have received the invoice.
*If Scientific observers exceed the number shown above, the additional participants’ registration fee will be applied as “Guests”.

<Submission of Photos>

At this International Chemistry Olympiad, virtual venue will be prepared for this event.
For Students, please submit photos and Student ID (including date of birth) or Passport accordingly by the rules shown here.
The deadline for the Photograph Upload submission is 30 June.

Payment

All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through online registration or by bank transfer. Full payment must be received by the payment deadline (June 30, 2021[JST]).

VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club or JCB only. (Payment by VISA is recommended.)

*You can complete your payment by clicking “Make Payment” button on your My Page.
*Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. / KINTETSU INTERNATIONAL”. However, the company name might be slightly changed depending on the card company.
*Please use a credit card which is valid at least until October 2021.
*Once the payment is completed, a payment confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
*Credit card transactions may be recorded on your credit card statement two or three month later due to system matter.

A bank transfer must be made in full amount without any deductions for bank charges.

Change/Cancellation

You can change the information online until the registration deadline. After the deadline, any change must be made in writing to the IChO Japan 2021 Registration Desk ().

If your country needs to cancel the participation, the cancellation must be made by email to the IChO Japan 2021 Registration Desk ().

Confirmation

Before the event, the final confirmation will be emailed to the registered email address.
